Ingredients

extra firm tofu1cup
rice(maybe more)1
Cucumber1-2
Jalapenosgreen onions
bean sprouts
Brocoli
1tbsp
Tamari Sauce(Maybe less I honestly just wing it)Wasabi sauce
Spicy Mayo Sauce
soy sauce
Instructions
Start rice and chop veggies to desired size. You can use a subset of veggies listed.
Cut tofu into cubes and marinade in olive oil, Tamari Sauce, diced Garlic and diced ginger(I usually use a zester and grate the garlic) then cook the tofu at medium high
Combine everything into a bowl
